About the Role

Design and deliver learning programs that develop our team's skills and capabilities. You'll create curricula, manage training programs, and support career development initiatives.

What You'll Do

Design and develop learning curricula and training programs

Create learning paths for different roles and career levels

Deliver training sessions and workshops (virtual and in-person)

Manage learning management systems and training platforms

Partner with subject matter experts to develop technical content

Evaluate training effectiveness and gather learner feedback

Support mentorship programs and career development initiatives

What You'll Bring

3+ years of learning and development or training experience

Instructional design skills and adult learning principles

Experience creating and delivering training content

Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Understanding of learning technologies and LMS platforms

Project management skills and ability to manage multiple programs

Data analysis skills to measure learning outcomes

Nice to Have

Technical background or experience in technology companies

Certification in instructional design or learning technologies

Experience with e-learning development tools

Understanding of competency frameworks and skill assessments
