About the Role

Create exceptional user experiences across our products. You'll design user interfaces, build design systems, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation.

What You'll Do

Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications

Create and maintain comprehensive design systems

Conduct user research and usability testing

Build interactive prototypes and wireframes

Collaborate with product managers on user journey mapping

Work closely with developers on design implementation

Create design specifications and handoff documentation

What You'll Bring

3+ years of UX/UI design experience

Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

Experience with design systems and component libraries

Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices

Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Experience with user research and testing methodologies

Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Familiarity with design tokens and automated design systems

Understanding of data visualization and dashboard design
