Forward-deployed engineers at Stackbinary take a client problem from scoping to a running system, usually in about two weeks, and then move to the next one. You decide the architecture, build across the stack with AI tools, deploy, and stand behind the result in the client demo. Stacks change from project to project; the fundamentals do not. This is on site five days a week in Kandivali East, Mumbai. Everyone starts with a one-month paid trial at Rs 25,000. Engineers who clear it move to a base of Rs 35,000 a month plus variable pay tied to the projects they deliver. Engineers on this plan have earned between Rs 35,000 and Rs 70,000 a month.
