AI Development Services That Ship to Production, Not to a Slide Deck

Stackbinary designs, builds and operates AI systems for US businesses: LLM applications, autonomous agents, chatbots, voice AI and integrations into the software you already run. We are the engineering team behind our own live AI products, and we build yours the same way: fixed scope, senior engineers, and every line of code owned by you.

What an AI Development Company Should Actually Do for You

Most businesses do not have an AI problem, they have a working-software problem. The models are commodities: GPT-5, Claude, Gemini and open-weight alternatives are available to everyone at the same API price. What separates companies that get value from AI from companies that get a demo is the engineering around the model: retrieval that keeps answers grounded in your data, evaluation that catches regressions before customers do, guardrails that keep the system inside policy, and integration into the CRM, helpdesk or ERP where your team actually works. That surrounding system is what we build.

Stackbinary is an AI development company with an unusual proof point: we run our own AI systems in production, including a voice AI platform answering real business phone calls in multiple languages, campaign automation spending real ad budgets, and AI scoring and drafting running inside live marketing operations. When we propose an architecture for your project, it is the architecture we already trust with our own revenue, uptime and customers.

We work with US companies the way a US buyer expects: a scoped proposal with a fixed price before any commitment, an MSA with full IP assignment, NDA first if you prefer, at least four hours of daily overlap with Eastern time, and your data kept in US-region cloud infrastructure. The difference is the cost base: our senior engineers work from Mumbai at $30 per hour, where an equivalent US team bills $150 to $250 for the same stack and often less shipping experience.

Our AI Development Services

Everything below is a service we run as a dedicated practice. Each links to a detailed page with its own scope, pricing and FAQ.

AI Agent Development

Autonomous and semi-autonomous agents that use tools, follow multi-step plans and act inside your systems, with human approval gates where the stakes require them.

AI App Development

Full products with AI at the core: web and mobile applications, SaaS platforms and internal tools, from first prototype to a scaled production system.

AI Chatbot Development

Customer-facing and internal chatbots grounded in your own knowledge, built to deflect support volume, qualify leads and hand off to humans cleanly.

AI Voice Agent Development

Phone-native AI that answers, speaks and books: the same engineering that powers our own live voice AI platform, applied to your call flows.

AI Integration Services

AI added to the software you already run: CRM, helpdesk, ERP and internal tools, connected through APIs and event pipelines rather than rip-and-replace.

Custom AI Development

Bespoke systems where off-the-shelf tools stop: fine-tuned models, private deployments on your infrastructure, and platforms you own outright with no per-seat pricing.

How We Decide What to Build: the Boring Questions First

Every engagement starts with the questions that decide whether an AI project earns its keep. What decision or task is being automated, and what does it cost today in hours or lost revenue? What data exists to ground the system, and who owns it? What accuracy is genuinely required, because a lead qualifier that is right 90 percent of the time prints money while a medical intake bot at 90 percent is a liability? What happens on failure, and where must a human stay in the loop? Projects that skip these questions become the demos that impress in a meeting and never reach production.

The answers shape the architecture. Some problems want a single well-prompted model call with retrieval. Some want an agent with tools and a planner. Some want no generative model at all: a classifier, a ranking model or plain software. We have told prospects that their problem does not need AI, and we would rather lose a project than build something that cannot survive contact with real usage. That judgment comes from operating our own products, where every bad architecture decision costs us directly.

When the shape is clear, we write a fixed-scope proposal: what will exist at the end, the milestones on the way, the team, the timeline and the price. You know the full cost before you commit a dollar. Scope changes are priced as changes rather than absorbed into drift, which is how projects stay predictable on both sides.

Why US Companies Work With Us Instead of a Domestic Agency

The honest answer is economics plus proof. A US AI agency staffs the same models, the same frameworks and the same cloud, and bills $150 to $250 per hour for it. Our senior engineers cost $30 per hour, which means the same budget buys roughly three times the engineering, or the same system at a third of the cost. On a typical build, that difference is not a discount, it is the difference between an MVP and a finished product with evaluation, monitoring and a second iteration informed by real users.

The traditional worry about offshore teams is communication and accountability, so we structure engagements to remove it. You get a named lead engineer, daily standups in your morning hours on Eastern time, a shared Slack channel, weekly demo calls, and progress you can click, not status reports. Contracts are US-enforceable, IP assigns to you completely on payment, and we sign your NDA before hearing anything sensitive. Several of our own products serve international customers, so operating across time zones is our normal condition rather than an accommodation.

The proof half matters more. Ask any AI development company one question: what do you operate in production yourselves? An agency that has only ever shipped client demos has never been woken by its own pager. We run voice agents that must answer within milliseconds, campaign automation that spends real ad budgets, and AI scoring that customers pay for monthly. That operating experience, of model regressions, cost spikes, latency budgets and abuse handling, is embedded in every system we build for clients.

Our AI Development Process

Six stages, each ending in something you can see or use. Most projects go from discovery to a working first delivery in two to three weeks.

01

Discovery and Feasibility

A working session on the problem, your data and the accuracy the use case really needs. If AI is the wrong tool, we say so here and save you the budget.

02

Scoped Proposal

A written fixed-price proposal: deliverables, milestones, team, timeline and cost. Signed off before any build starts, so there are no surprises later.

03

Data and Grounding

We connect and structure the data the system will rely on: documents, databases, APIs and event streams, with retrieval built and tested against real queries.

04

Build and Evaluate

The system is built alongside an evaluation harness with golden test sets, so quality is measured on every change instead of eyeballed at the end.

05

Pilot With Real Users

A controlled release to a slice of real traffic or a pilot team, with monitoring on quality, latency and cost. Findings feed a fast iteration loop.

06

Production and Handover

Full rollout with dashboards, alerts, runbooks and documentation. Your team is trained to operate it, or we operate it for you under a support agreement.

The Stack We Build On

Chosen per project, not by habit. We are model-agnostic and cloud-agnostic, and we will work inside your existing accounts so you keep billing control and data custody.

Security and Compliance, Addressed Up Front

US buyers ask about this in the first call, so here is the position in writing.

Your Data Stays in US Regions

Systems are deployed in US-region AWS or GCP by default, in your own cloud accounts where possible, so data custody and billing remain yours. Nothing trains on your data.

SOC 2-Aligned Practices

Access control, least privilege, audit logging, encrypted transport and storage, and change management through reviewed pull requests. We build to SOC 2 control expectations and slot into your existing audit process.

HIPAA-Ready Architectures

For healthcare workloads we design for HIPAA requirements: BAA-covered model providers, PHI minimization, access logging and encryption at rest, with your compliance officer involved from the design stage.

CCPA and GDPR by Design

Consumer data flows are mapped, retention is explicit, and deletion requests are honored end to end, including inside vector stores and logs, where most AI systems quietly fail the test.

AI Development Services, Common Questions

Start with the public benchmarks: the top-ranking US agencies for this search publish $40,000 to $300,000 for an AI application, and up to $24,000 for a feasibility study alone. We deliver the same scope at roughly half those numbers: a proof of concept at $10,000 to $15,000 and a production system at $25,000 to $90,000, because our senior engineers cost $30 per hour instead of $150 to $250. The honest cost driver is integration surface and required accuracy, not the model, and every proposal we send is one fixed price, so the number you sign is the number you pay.
